Kia mau, kia ita, kia - haumi e, hui e, tiki e Te Tranga | About the role Working within our Regulatory and Compliance team alongside another Account Manager this role works closely with developers or significant Planning and Building projects and Council capital projects requiring regulatory consent. This is an exciting and complex role that requires you to balance multiple points of view alongside regulatory and compliance requirements, complex problem solving, decoding the technical language and ensuring you get the right people in the room to support projects to completion.
In this role you will be the one central point of contact for these projects in Council, with a focus on helping to manage and coordinate effective delivery of all council services for these key accounts/projects. You will take the lead in proactively building and maintaining relationships with these key stakeholders enabling them to efficiently navigate process and successfully deliver projects.
