Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and results-driven individual to fill the dual role of Account Manager.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships while also overseeing the customer service aspect of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business leads. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, preferences, and expectations.
Work closely with clients to understand their goals and align our services accordingly. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress and address any client concerns promptly.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual details. Customer Service Management: Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Train and oversee a customer service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues. Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and priorities within the organization. Strive to exceed client expectations and contribute to client satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of the clients management in construction and property development industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
