Must enjoy Admin & have great data entry skills For the last 20 years our client has supported the construction and property industries of New Zealand. They are recognised as the leading drain maintenance and vacuum specialists in the country. On their behalf we are looking or a switched-on Administrator to support their Glendene based team, in a part time capacity, approximately 30 hours a week.

This would be a great role for a parent who is looking or some work during school hours. It would be best if the work was spread over 5 days (Mon- Fri), but potentially it could be 4 days. This is an office-based role.

The role will predominantly involve data entry, filing, logging of job orders, timesheet reconciliation and general administration support to a busy team. We prefer those who are looking or a part time role and this will be their only role, rather than working 2 or more jobs. We are also looking for someone who can commit to regular day time hours and would prefer not to hire students.

About You Strong admin and data entry skills Enjoys a busy environment. Strong computer skills, with experience using the Microsoft Office Suite High level of attention to detail and accuracy Oodles of common sense & a desire to learn. Proactive, organised work habits.

Is okay with repetitive work. (There is a lot of data entry). Great communication skills.
