ISSA Engineering is delivering excellence in fabrication and welding for over 50 years. With new ownership and growth plan we're looking for a part-time Office / Admin person who is mature in dealing with customers with great communication skills, has a warm and friendly demeanor, and who is eager to bring some energy and skills to set the tone in our office. This role includes all of the standard office admin roles as well as a few others to keep things interesting.
Responsibilities: -Phone calls, email correspondence and customer service -Invoicing and billing processes. -Inputting supplier invoices and quotes. -Managing payroll, including PAYE deductions.
- Manage our Xero account. -Paying bills and managing accounts payable. -Following up with debtors and managing accounts receivable.
