M te tranga | About the role The Administration Officer will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the ever-changing needs of the service and organisation.

This role will carry out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support to other staff members within the team. Administrative tasks will include but are not limited to answering phones, reception cover, maintaining patient information (both electronically and in hard copy), database maintenance and ordering supplies. Our successful candidate will provide valuable annual leave or sick leave cover, or just when need an extra pair of capable hands.

It is therefore important that you have a degree of flexibility and can pick up shifts often at short notice.
