Administration Support - Clinical Administration Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand (Nelson Marlborough) formerly NMDHB 0.5 FTE / permanent - x2 positions 40 hours per fortnight Nelson location Ng mhiohio e p ana ki tnei mahi (About this position) The key purpose of the role is to provide friendly and informed initial contact with public patients and staff The role forms part of the clinical administration team in the ICU. The focus of this role is on customer service and accurate processing of data.
The hours of work will be a rotating schedule consisting of 1.00PM-5.30PM one week, and Saturday and Sunday 7.
30AM to 5.00PM working rostered and rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per fortnight. We have two 0.

You will have a bright, outgoing personality and will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
You will be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential. You - ll be highly empathetic, respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload.
