M te tnga | About the role Te Whatu Ora - Waitaha is a centre of excellence for Resident Doctor training, education and clinical experience. The Resident Doctors Support Team is responsible for the operational management of our Resident Doctor kaimahi (workforce).

From high volume annual recruitment, to rostering and coordinating their ongoing employment and training activity this team is integral in ensuring our Resident Doctors are tautoko (supported) and enjoy their mahi (work) and learning experience. We are looking for an experienced kaiwhina (administrator) to join a dedicated and hard-working Resident Doctors Support Team (RDST). In this role, you will be involved in developing and implementing quality administrative practices to tautoko (support) the Resident Doctors kaimahi (workforce).

You will form part of a small administration kapa (team) will be involved in all operational and Recruitment functions. This a full-time permanent role which requires you to work Monday to Friday. The RDST Department is also based in Christchurch Hospital.

Responsibilities/Duties: Customer service for Registers Doctors and visitors Tautoko (supporting) the end to end recruitment process Kaiwhina (admin) requirements for Medical Council and Immigration NZ Orientation for new starters Purchase orders Roster data entry Advertising after-hour duties Processing expense claims Personal Assistant duties for Team Leader Preparing and distributing reports Ng pkenga me ng wheako | Skills and experience Your skills will include: Communication and Interpersonal skills Build and maintain internal and external stakeholders relationships Streamlining administrative processes Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) Attention to detail and accuracy skills Working in a fast-paced environment Desirable Skills: Experience working with rosters Business or administration qualification Recruitment administration experience M mtou | About Us Ko ng tngata, te mtua mahi - Putting.
