The position: We are seeking a skilled administrator to join the small yet passionate team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting all departments, ensuring the seamless daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and dependable individual, capable of managing a diverse set of administrative tasks while contributing to a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. Key responsibilities: Efficiently process orders and generate delivery dockets in a timely manner. Handle phone duties, including taking orders, addressing customer inquiries, and directing sales and technical queries to relevant account managers when needed.
Manage customer accounts by promptly attending to inquiries, assisting walk-in customers, processing credits, and handling monthly debtor statements. Assist in generating quotations/proposals in the system Perform general office administration tasks such as managing office and warehouse supplies, handling invoices, hosting team meetings, and overseeing general housekeeping.
