Lifewise Administrator (Senior Management Team) Position Description Lifewise (LWT) is an innovative organisation working together with marginalised people to create better services and solutions to enable their full participation and ability to thrive. The purpose of the Administrator role is to provide high level administrative support to the Senior Management Team that is, Chief Executive Assistant, Chief Operating Officer, Quality Manager and Practice & Development Manager (CEA, COO, QM, P&DM), whilst acting as a point of contact for our employees and vendors, ensuring all daily procedures run smoothly. The Administrator is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

WHO REPORTS TO ME Nil KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal CEO/CEA Senior Management Team Service Leaders and Teams Shared Services (including Finance, HR, IT) All staff - 3 Trusts External Other Service Providers External agencies as appropriate LEVEL OF DELEGATION Not required WHAT YOURE RESPONSIBLE FOR Provide general administration and business support for Senior Management Team. Diary management for the Senior Management team with a focus on supporting the Chief Operations Officer.
Meet and greet visitors to Level 1, screen phone calls appropriately on behalf of the Senior Management team (SMT) as and when required. General office management of Level 1. Process office expenses for (SMT) Organizing meetings/events, catering distributing meeting agendas and taking meeting notes and actions Assist with the administration and coordination of company/group events, staff functions and social events.
Distribute incoming mail/couriers Manage and order office supplies Make travel arrangements for the SMT, ensuring the appropriate approvals are in place. Organize documents files into the appropriate databases Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports. WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint) Familiarity with office equipment, databases Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma: additional qualification in Office Administration/Business Management is desirable Closing Date: 23/02/2024.
