Your Opportunity We are currently seeking a Diversity and Wellbeing Advisor to join our Auckland Head Office team, to lead Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (W, D, E& I) for CPB NZ.
This role is responsible for developing, promoting, and driving W, D, E& I strategies, and initiatives. The focus will be on educating and supporting the embedding of these across the business to enhance our CPB NZ Culture. This role will work closely with the Senior Leaders, project, and work-winning teams to ensure the programmes are aligned to our strategic direction including advising, communicating to the wider business, and supporting with communications.
Minimum requirements for this role include: Degree or post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, OHS, Indigenous Studies or other associated disciplines 5 years' work experience in a mid-level role in a busy diverse organisation Competent in Te Reo Comprehensive understanding of Mori and Pasifika people's customs and practices Knowledge of government policies and requirements in the WDE&I space Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong organisational and programme management skills Good influencing skills Positive, kind, and curious by nature As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
