Permanent position Full time (1.0, 40 hours per week) We have an exciting opportunity for an Allied Health Assistant to join our therapy team in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation ward (AT R). You will be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team working in partnership with people in hospital towards their rehabilitation goals.

Every day will be a little different, offering new challenges and things to learn. We require someone who is able to think on their feet and is great at building relationships with all sorts of people. You must be able to motivate people to get the most out of their time in rehabilitation.

You will be flexible to do what it takes to achieve the best outcomes with those you are working alongside. Experience in a similar role is not essential but would be a bonus. You'll be responsible for: Delivering rehabilitation treatments as directed by therapists to individual patients Facilitating group sessions within wards Supporting the occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy teams in day-to-day practice Deliveries and installation of equipment into patient's homes Administration tasks.
