If you have a strong eye for detail, willingness to learn, and great time management skills, then this could be the opportunity for you. Reporting into our Financial Control Lead (but working closely with the Financial Accountants in the team) you'll be working primarily on the property financial administration side of the business. Your day-to-day will include: Owning the administration and accounting/reporting of our electricity process Maintaining rent automatic payments Account management of Property Debtors and Creditors Preparing month end journals and accruals Supporting with analysis as and when required Qualifications You'll be someone who thrives on getting the small things right, with the proven ability to effectively handle a busy workload.

There is a big element of problem solving in this role, so you'll need to be someone who enjoys being able to get to the bottom of variances and prides themselves on producing high quality and accurate data. We're an ever-evolving environment so you'll bring along a fresh set of eyes, a positive attitude and the ability to learn & adapt quickly. We're also looking for: Proven experience within a high-volume Accounts position Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel is a must (i.
