We are seeking a motivated leader to support the Clinical Manager of Mental Health in overseeing daily coordination, staff management, and the provision of on-site mental health services.
The Assistant Clinical Manager for Mental Health collaborates closely with and reports to the Clinical Manager of Mental Health. This opening is ideal for a clinical expert who is interested in leadership and exhibits a firm dedication to practicing in a culturally sensitive and collaborative manner. Show us in writing how you meet these key requirements: You're registered and have experience in mental health and addictions.
Ideally, you're pursuing or already possess a master's degree in mental health. Your cultural competence shines through your understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and your experience working with Mori, whnau, and iwi. You've worked in primary/community, secondary, or tertiary mental health settings, gaining valuable experience with acute and complex mental health and/or addictions issues.
You grasp the professional, ethical, and legislative aspects of mental health service care, especially in a prison context. Your skills in literacy, fiscal management, leadership, and management are top-notch. You can showcase your business savvy in a healthcare environment.
If selected, you'll become part of a driven team committed to integrating a Kaupapa Mori model of care into mental health services. Utu -tau | Salary The full salary range is $98,215 - $138,656. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
