Your ImpactReporting to the SI DC Manager, as 2IC we are looking for an experienced person to join our world class logistics team that has been through many years of rapid growth to help shape the coming decade.
Your knowledge and experience will come in handy in: Supporting a safety culture where everyone goes home to what they love everyday Developing a Continuous improvement culture in a currently capacity constrained operation (driven by growth) Supporting the Operational Excellence ways of working and lead the site through its certification process Supporting the development of a high performing team thats process pedantic to transition to a future warehouse management system Lead the operation in the absence of the DC Manager Supporting our agenda to remain the last mile delivery experts into the future About YouYoull be an experienced logistics manager who is at ease with the full breadth of this role in a high volume FMCG environment. Youll have strong process improvement skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Were looking for a proven leader with an empowering and empathetic leadership style, dedicated to building a safe, engaged, and high-performing team.
You have excellent communication skills andcan engage with all levels to navigate issues collaboratively.
