The Opportunity The Asia Pacific Commercial Excellence Team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an exceptional Data Foundation lead who is deeply enthusiastic about making data trusted, understood, and accurate, and ensuring that data is used in a meaningful, secure, and consistent manner throughout the organization.
As one of the leads in the Asia Pacific Region's data science center of excellence (CoE) and reporting to the head of data science CoE, you will leverage your experience and expertise in data foundation and data governance to define a holistic data governance strategy and execution plan for Asia Pacific markets. You will lead a team of data stewards who will work on continual improvement of data governance frameworks such as data quality, data catalog, MDM etc. Your ability to lead and establish data governance processes, influence stakeholders on expectations and drive continual improvement in data governance will be paramount to your success in this role.
