Position Overview: We are looking for a talented External Audit Manager with a proven track record of managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality services to clients. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, working closely with clients across many industries, and contributing to the continued success of the firm. Responsibilities: Manage and lead external audit engagements for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality audit services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement audit strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to audit teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on financial and audit-related matters.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance audit methodologies and service delivery. Qualifications: Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) or similar preferred. Minimum of 5 years of external audit experience.
Proven experience managing and leading audit engagements, including staff supervision and client interaction. Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
