We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Automotive Administrator. Responsibilities: Front-of-House Presence: As our Automotive Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a friendly smile and providing exceptional service. General Administration: You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing paperwork efficiently.
Job Scheduling: Booking in jobs and appointments accurately to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Stock Control: Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels for our automotive parts and supplies. Jobs and Pricing: Assisting with job quotations and providing pricing information to customers as needed.
Requirements: Previous experience in general administration and customer service roles is required. Knowledge of SAM software is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Experience within the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
