The Availability Manager is a crucial role in store, responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.
Job Description You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the team to success, ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, and taking a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment. Days/ Hours of work are:Tuesday - Thursday 10:45am - 8:15pm, Friday 10:30am - 8:00pm Saturday 7:30am - 5:00pm. Sundays and Mondays off Qualifications The successful candidate will have leadership experience, drive, the ability to interpret and execute plans, and good written and verbal communication skills.
A forklift license or willingness to get one is welcome but not required.
