Thuy Thu Nguyen Organization (trading as Beauty Bar n Makeup) is looking for 05 Beauty Salon Assistants to join our busy Salon immediately. Location of work: 402 Remuera Road Remuera Auckland Hours of work: The roles are full-time permanent positions we are guaranteed minimum hours: 30 hours per week and maximum hours of work 45 hours per week. Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including late nights weekends and holidays period.

Pay and benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate: $29.66- $32 per hour. We have a great team and culture.

Skills / Qualifications required: Prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage, Qualification is not required Short course certificate of relavant skills, including: Eyelash extensions or Nail Care, Nail Art,would be an advantage. Other requirements: Prefer a candidate who is confident and experienced to work in beauty industry Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and police check with NO criminal convictions Understand sanitation and sterilization standards Physically fit Friendly with co-workers and pleased to clients. Your job involves significant tasks as below (Job Description): Assisting Beauty Therapists by performing routine tasks in our beauty salon Listending to customers' needs, then analyzing their skin type, lash characteristics and nail shape.

Giving clients best advice about length, thickness and style of lash extensions to suit their eyeshape or nail colour to suit their appeareance and skin tone. Appling eyelash extensions and nail polish, nail art design, Remove old nail polish or eyelash extensions. Educate clients on how to maintain their eyelash extensions or nail polish.

Performing tint on eyebrows, treating unwanted hair through waxing, Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaing clients records. Have experience in facial and bridal makeup and hair styling will be benificial Display and maintain stocks of beauty products Maintain a clean and organized work area at all time to prevent exposure to infections and other harmful conditions. Ensure customer satisfaction through salon services.

Carry out weekly deep clean duties for the whole beauty salon area..
