About the Role: ANZCO Foods have an opportunity for a Biomaterials Product Specialist to join the team. This is a newly created permanent full-time position reporting to our Bio tissues Manager, Healthcare. This position will be responsible for ensuring staff are properly trained and that the correct harvesting and processing procedures are followed, including completion of documentation, packaging, and labelling.

Duties and Responsibilities will include: Visiting plants and completing staff training and training records. Conducting regular audits of the collection of healthcare products and ensuring SOP's are correctly followed including completion of documentation. Troubleshooting quality or production issues that may arise at all production sites.

Complete re-training or process changes as a result of audit outcomes as required. Setup and commission new processes including drafting SOPs and training. About You: Relevant hands-on experience within a meat processing environment would be ideal but not essential.

Experience with training and monitoring staff Experience working under a Quality Management system would be desirable. At least Intermediate Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and comfortable working across IT platforms. Ability to travel around New Zealand as required and also complete shift work from time to time.
