Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager for an exciting permanent position located in the Wellington CBD. You will be working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be attending Unit Title meetings, providing body corporate advice to stakeholders and taking minutes.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have: At least one years previous experience working as a Body Corporate Manager Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong understanding of the Unit Titles Act At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite Strong relationship building skills This is an on site position. There is no on call in this position. The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
