Customer care is also of upmost importance and therefore long-term relationships with their customers has resulted in high customer satisfaction and leading results The Role: In this role you will be working with the Sales, Product & Marketing team to initiate develop and execute marketing plans and activities to fulfil and achieve business goals/opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement Consumer/Trade marketing programs that increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction Use strong analytical skills to measure, optimise and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Ensure accurate budget tracking and forecasting Work alongside the Media agency to develop and deliver effective Consumer/Trade media strategies, plans and reporting Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding the development, execution and reporting of promotional activity Leveraging sponsorship and partnership including Brand Ambassadors to achieve set objectives (Both B2B and B2C). Monitor evaluate and report on competitor activity to optimise planned activity Execute all tactical consumer activities in-line with the marketing strategy Management of all collateral and ad-hoc advertising and creative requests Manage daily consumer/Trade PR requirements Manage product launch support Content planning, copy review and writing Work closely with Channel Managers (Retail/Dealers/Commercial) to grow and execute activities including trade ads, events, training, e-News and other incentive programs Managing Brands social media Prescence Skills & Experience: Relevant degree in business/marketing is essential.
Experience working in a similar role previously. Brand and campaign management experience is essential. Knowledge and experience in budget management Excellent product managing skills is essential.
Excellent ability to interpret data in relation to marketing. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
