As a Regional Manager in our Business & Agri space, you'll play a key role in our mission to help kiwis start, buy and sustainably grow their business.
You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to a team of Senior Managers across the Provincial Southern region and embedding a strong conduct and risk culture. Additional key responsibilities of the role will include the following: Maintain and grow the regions combined market share by building and maintaining a high profile leadership presence across the region Contribute to the formulation of the region's overall growth strategy, and be part of developing and implementing business strategy and plans across NZ Drive business development initiatives in the region by analysing local segments, developing a profile for marketing, contacting key influencers and generating new business opportunities Lead critical initiatives across the region to deliver value to customers through the use of data and insights that facilitate improved sustainable performance and support business opportunities Whatever the day has in store, you'll be working with a close knit team that supports each other and celebrates team wins.
