M te Tranga | About the Role As a Business Analyst supporting the Consumer Brands, Performance enablement- Continuous improvement team, youll use your business analysis skills to develop practical, customer focused, commercially sound and well-informed solutions across processes, products, and technology, in line with IAGs priority initiatives. Youll work through the project lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues, analyze, ideate, and design solutions, alongside embedding continuous improvements.

This is a 12 months fixed-term hybrid full-time opportunity, based anywhere across New Zealand. u Pkenga | About You To be successful in this role youll need to have experience in the following areas: Relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Suitable experience in successfully contributing to business improvement or supporting delivery in a complex/ ambiguous environment.

Fundamentally analytical, detailed thinking, business intelligence. Ability to analyse, question & challenge current state to work efficiently. Ability to deliver solutions to customers and business in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
