Te heinga mahi | The opportunityDue to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for you to join the Business Systems and Insights team within Business Partnerships Operations, as a Business Analyst. The role is responsible for providing analysis and support to ensure our business customer systems are fully optimised to ensure appropriate levels of service leveraging functionality opportunities.You'll be providing support and recommendations across the business and have the opportunity to practice and enhance your analytical and relationship management skills.

The indicative salary range for the role is between $85,037 - $100,043 with appointment dependent on skills and experience. ACC also offers a 9% superannuation contribution. Mu ake | About youWhat we are looking for from you to be successful in this role: Experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles that require problem solving (e.

g. Application/technical/problem/incident/data/intelligence analyst). Ideally you will have an understanding of SQL and able to write queries to extract data.

Experience with data visualisation software such as Power BI is desirable. Demonstrated experience undertaking reporting, analysis, and insight into complex issues. Ability to understand complex data models and extract information efficiently and correctly to provide operational reporting.

You are naturally curious, proactive and can identify process improvement opportunities with ease. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information to a diverse audience who are technical and non-technical. You can confidently build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and customers (internal and external) to understand their needs and develop requirements.

Ability to define and develop business process documentation, mail house correspondence requirements, user manuals, and assist in the development and delivery of training material as necessary.
