Fantastic opportunity for career development Leadership role One weekend day off each week, and two consecutive days off. We have a brilliant opportunity for a Business Manager to join us at our dual-brand business unit in Coastlands. You will be part of a multi-brand retail management team, with plenty of opportunities for collaboration.

You will need to have a positive can-do attitude and LOVE to provide top-notch customer service. You'll need to be comfortable on the floor with our retail team and customers, but also be comfortable behind the desk managing business operations. We need a like-minded person to lead our enthusiastic and highly productive team This position is full time, working one weekend day per week - 40 hours a week.

Key responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and coaching your team with passion to deliver a superior customer experience Exceed sales targets whilst holding accountability for the Profit Centres P&L Actively leading by example Ensuring administrative and audit processes are followed Having proven skills associated with maintaining the integrity of inventory Promoting, advocating and supporting all company learning and training initiatives Maintain a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting "safety first" in everything we do You will be: Ideally tertiary qualified with 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in the retail industry A proven leader with experience managing a team in large format or multi-site retail businesses Able to demonstrate effective decision making supported by sound business acumen including creative, strategic, and analytical reasoning Supportive of your team through effective organisational, planning and communication skills A self-starter but people focused Motivated by earning the respect and trust of your team members Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster as and when required About the Company: Briscoe Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a partner of First Foundation and a proud supporter of Cure Kids.
