We are open to discussing how this could work for you for roles across our Survey team. The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to be involved in various complex cadastral survey projects. With a strong and consistent cadastral work pipeline, we are looking for an experienced surveyor to support our Licensed Cadastral Surveyors and field teams.
Across the team, we enjoy a wide variety of projects both through surveying specific clients and through our role in providing spatial data for our business. Your role will see you working on some of Auckland's most significant Land and Infrastructure development projects for government and private clients. You will be part of our motivated and trusted team, dedicated to developing and sharing technical innovation.
Each day will be varied and expose you to new opportunities; overall, you can expect to: Research cadastral boundaries Completing boundary calculations in 12D Software CSD data set completion in LandOnline Full data set verification Option to complete datasets from start to finish, including fieldwork, if you desire. About you Your passion, design and problem-solving mindset will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful and significant projects across Auckland and Aotearoa. You are a cadastral surveyor with significant experience with Land Online and an understanding of the New Zealand Cadastral System.
You will also have an inquiring mind, able to solve problems and think laterally; you can read and understand detailed survey plans. Self-motivated, you strive for technical excellence and exceed client expectations. You are passionate about developing and motivating others whilst ensuring that the team works collaboratively to meet project deliverables.
