Sick days available from the day you start One week additional leave for 10 years long service recognition About the Role: We are looking for an admin superstar and who is able to quickly build a great rapport with our families We are in a growth phase and constantly evolving, a growth mindset and ability to find solutions and make a difference is key. For the right applicant this role has the ability to grow, so a background in people management and/or the leadership space is an advantage. We are seeking an outstanding, organised and friendly Centre Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming team.

This administration role is key to the success of our centre to enable us to provide the best quality care and education to our children and ensure we meet our requirements under the Ministry of Education regulations. As a Centre Administrator, you'll play an important part within our team, and you will enjoy a varied role as no two days will ever be the same. You will provide outstanding customer service for our Whanau and have a variety of tasks from data entry, managing bookings, answering parent queries to supporting enquiring families.

You will have responsibility for accurate parent accounts, direct debits, account management and payments along with daily, weekly, and termly deadlines that need to be met, so attention to detail and strong organisational skills are important. Being IT savvy and having knowledge of Word and Excel will make this rol.
