The Company Established organisation on an exciting Digital Transformation looking for a Change Manager The Role Reporting to the Strategic Projects Director, you will play an integral role in ensuring the digital transformation is adopted and engrained across the business. You will take key stakeholders on a change journey and ensure you can couple the ability to coach and strategise, as well as get into the detail and get stuff done. Duties Design and implement overall change management strategy.

Design and lead DET engagement/facilitation workshops. Develop stakeholder engagement approach and programme. Coach SMEs on the implementation of change management plan.

Foster engagement across the business on digital enablement roadmaps. Provide change coaching to Digital Engagement Team leads. Skills & Experience You will: Have experience implementing a digital transformation in large scale environments.

Be skilled in influencing culture, mindsets, and leading people on the change journey. Be experienced in engaging a wide range of stakeholders. Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
