Are you experienced working in an HR environment with atleast four years experience in Change Management? Do you have the ability to influence others changes in behaviour, process and approach in order to adopt the desired outcome? Have you got change management certification and have knowledge of operational application and demonstrated experience using change management tools? Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently advertising for a Change Manager role and pending approval through a business case. The Business Case is scheduled for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team in late January 2024, seeking their approval. Krero m te tranga - About the role Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Change Manager on a fixed-term, full-time contract. As a Change Manager, you will be pivotal in building organisational change capability and guiding university initiatives through significant transformations.

Aligned with our Strategic Plan, your work in the Change Practice and the HCM Programme will contribute to the university's commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. Key responsibilities: Providing strategic advice Developing change plans Facilitating stakeholders' engagement Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders Contribute to high-quality communication strategies pmanawa - About you As the driving force behind our Recruitment Implementation Project, you're not just managing timelines; you're shaping the present and future of recruitment innovation. Lead the charge in project planning, team leadership, and seamless stakeholder communication.

Your expertise ensures optimal resource allocation, budget oversight, and meticulous quality assurance. We are working largely with an Oracle HCM product (Recruitment Module), SharePoint data management and integration with third parties. You will be a highly organised self-starter and natural relationship builder, who relishes working autonomously as well as contributing positively to a high performing team.
