The Role: Monday to Friday Shared On-Call - one week in 7 Travel within the community required Key Responsibilities: Drive and inspire a skilled multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of compassion and excellence. Ensure the highest standards of palliative care across both the In Patient Unit and community settings. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to craft and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.

Qualifications: Must be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with current APC Post graduate qualifications or currently studying post grad is essential Proven experience in palliative care Demonstrated leadership experience Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and cultural sensitivity Dedication to upholding elevated standards in palliative care.
