Benefits: Company Vehicle, Team lunches, Life & Medical Insurance & many more About the Role: My client is looking for a Civil Supervisor to manage all field operations for the construction of a new and exciting project happening in Auckland. This multi-million-dollar project is due to start within the coming months, so they are looking for a Civil Supervisor to lead the initial enabling works. Youll be involved in overseeing the crew to ensure the activities meet H&S requirements and are being delivered in line with construction plans.
Key responsibilities include: Strong all-round operating skills and not afraid to jump on a machine if require helping the team Manage and supervise team performance to safety, quality, and environmental standards Monitor site productivities and report to the Project Engineer Identify variations and delays, and promptly report to the Project Engineer To be successful you will have: Full, clean drivers licence Possess a no fuss, can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels with various stakeholders.
