An opportunity has become available for a Claims Specialist to join our Regional Claims Management team.

This is an office-based position located in our Christchurch branch on Blenheim Road. About the mahi The purpose of your role is to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and seamlessly manage client's general insurance claims from its initiation through to its resolution.

The key responsibilities of your role include, but are not limited to: - Providing accurate and timely advice to clients with respect to claim mitigation and claim management. - Lodging claims in the one client system, utilising claims project and adhering to the claims standard operating procedure, in a timely and effective manner; - Guide our clients through the claim lifecycle from notification to closure. - Provide technical broking and general administration support - Maintain effective stakeholder engagement throughout this time ensuring you demonstrate empathy and understanding.
