Care on Call supports people nationwide to recover from or live with injury/illness/disability. We seek our next empathetic, professional team member Care on Call (NZ) Limited is a company who places our staff, clients and services at the centre of all we do. We are contracted to provide a variety of support; home management, social connectivity, personal cares, nursing input and so much more, to people living with or recovering from illness/injury.

Our clients may be living with long term disability or changes in their usual function through injury or illness or they may just have had a change in their well being that they will fully recover from. Either way, we are here to coordinate quality and skilled support worker(s) to attend their homes and support them to achieve their goals, to help out, support recovering and well-being. Our Waikato region cares for a number of clients - some with 24/7 care in place and others just a few hours a week.

We are seeking a new Client Services Manager to have overall responsibility for the delivery of services to these clients and meeting contractual obligations of the business. The role is multifaceted and includes things like: working alongside Coordination manager and Coordinators to ensure efficient coordination is put in place ensuring correct documentation and care in place reporting to clients, management and funders travelling and visiting clients, their family, their whanau, other health professionals doing what it takes to provide planned services efficiently, professionally and in line with sector standards. Our perfect applicant would be: an experienced Home-based Senior coordinator wishing to step up in this role and who can demonstrate they have specific knowledge and expertise in the provision of home based care here in NZ.

someone with awesome IT skills (we are essentially paperless and love flash IT systems) a strong understanding of compliance e.g. knowing that there are contract obligations that must be met, and follows process.
