Job Description Summary As the Clinical Applications Specialist at GE Healthcare you will be responsible for providing the clinical support during the sales process for the Perioperative and Critical Care product range within New Zealand. Job Description Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives. GE Healthcare has a broad base of installed monitors and Anaesthetic machines across New Zealand.

You will be working with a high performing team with well recognised products at your disposal. Success will be achieved by ensuring a customer centric approach in all aspects of your role. Essential Responsibilities - Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships - Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education - Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training - Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies - Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs About You Your communication skills will be pivotal to your success.
