M te tranga | About the role This is a great opportunity to promote quality nursing care through research-based practice and be responsible for patient care and quality improvement initiatives right from square one.

Manage the Southland (Dunedin held) waiting list including data integrity, Supervise the management of patient waitlists, Ensure the patient journey is as smooth as possible including timeliness to appointment and treatment and follow up care, Provide support for Registrar led F/U OPD, Contribute to the ward support for plastic surgery patients, ward rounds, advice and assistance with wound care, handover of ward rounds, Develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of care for nurse appropriate patients. Mu ake | About you Registered Nurse with current APC Drive and enthusiasm to advocate for the best model of care for our community; Excellent communication and relationship building skills Proven practice experience within the defined scope of clinical speciality. Ideally you will already be working at a Clinical Nurse Specialist level and have a post graduate diploma (or working towards) and/or a masters degree.
