Our client is thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to consider Job Summary: As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered mental health care to individuals in our client's community. You will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to support and advocate for the mental well-being of our client's. .

This is a rewarding and dynamic position that allows you to positively impact the lives of those in need. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and evidence-based treatments to clients.

Offer support, education, and counseling to clients and their families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Monitor and evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Promote mental health awareness and destigmatize mental health issues in the community. Participate in crisis intervention and ensure client safety. Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.

Professional Requirements: Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate in New Zealand. A passion for mental health and a commitment to providing compassionate care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of New Zealand's mental health legislation and policies. Knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions and treatments.
