Job Description Role Pact is currently looking for 3 Community Support Worker positions to work in our Mental Health service in Dunedin. 1 x full time (may include weekend shifts) 1 x part time (may include weekend shifts) 1 x permiflex ($29.60 an hour no qualifications needed but you must be able to work on a rotating roster) The role Are you a POSITIVE, EMPATHETIC person who ENCOURAGES people to live an enjoyable life? You could say the role is somewhat similar to hospitality as you will be working with people face to face, otherwise in our industry known as support work We have the flexibility of different work shifts that can complement your studies, family or your busy life schedule. We offer shifts from mornings, evenings, weekends right through to overnight.

Our vacancies range from full and part time and permiflex roles. Please note, the permiflex role is a demanding position where you will need to work 80 hours a fortnight on a rotating roster, meaning your hours could change from morning and evening to night shifts and include weekend work. You will be paid $29.

60 an hour, no qualifications needed. 78 an hour and increases to $29.10 after completing your Career Force Level 4 qualification with us ($29.60 for permiflex), which is on the job based training.
