Looking for construction labourers on behalf of our client, Decker Landscape & Civil. Duties and responsibilities include: Assisting with various construction tasks including but not limited to foundation external and internal works Loading and unloading building and construction materials tools and equipment and transporting them around building sites Assisting in the setup of cranes mobile crane booms tower cranes and scaffolding as required for the project. Ensuring equipment is secure and properly positioned Safely attaching sling equipment to loads follow proper lifting procedures and ensure loads are positioned and placed as per project requirements Assisting in lifting and erecting prefabricated panels such as those made of steel glass or concrete according to project specifications Participating in the inspection maintenance and repair of construction equipment ensuring it is in good working condition Developing a solid understanding of crane operation and rigging principles.

Collaborating with the team to organize and execute lift plans allocating tasks efficiently and ensuring load capacities are not exceeded Operating basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Ensuring safe and acceptable interface is maintained between the Company work activities and any other site operations. Requirements for this role: At least 1 year relevant experience or a graduate of secondary education Having a relevant certification is an advantage Must be dedicated health and safety in the workplace Must be willing to undergo medical exams such as drug and alcohol testing Have a calm temperament and good work ethic Must be physically fit.
