We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager who has worked in or has the ability to work in a PPP contract.
As part of a small team, you will be mobilising the 25 year PPP contract for the soon to be completed new prison for Service Commencement in November 2024. You will then be charged with ongoing management of the contract. In addition, you will manage the contract for the rest of the site that operates under a different contractual regime.
This is an exciting development requiring a person with unique skills including the ability to lead your own teams, liaise with site operations, work with client representatives, understand and apply the contractual requirements, achieve the financial goals, provide accurate reporting, apply asset management techniques and generally be the "go to" person. About the Role: Manage Contract Governance at both strategic and operational levels. Oversee management of service delivery for the contract and ensure the performance of contracted services.
Coordinate and manage service providers in the delivery of the scope and tasks required for the contract. Maintain currency of legislative knowledge and applicable policies. Liaise with corporate specialists on specific areas of expertise.
Develop innovative service delivery methods and techniques. Identify opportunities for enhancements in efficiency and effectiveness of services. Review and audit operations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Provide budgets and monitor operations to ensure they are within budgets. About You: Ideally had exposure to PPP contracts (although not essential) Facilities maintenance and Asset management background Experience in managing budgets. Report writing ability.
Knowledge of HSSE legislation. Proven people management skills. Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel.
