Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cooking food in various utensils or grillers Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment Monitor station inventory levels Record purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to. About you Reliability and bringing a positive attitude to work Has great communication and customer service skills Remains calm under pressure and works well within a team environment Experience in a busy kitchen/eatery and inventory personnel is not essential but preferred, full training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work flexible hours as required including nights, weekends, and holidays You should be a team player who is passionate about food and has excellent time management skills Job type: Full-time at least 30 40 hours per week Experience: Not essential.
