In particular, improving shareholders returns, achieving sales and profit budgets, accountability of all financial functions, development and reporting of annual budgets, ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal requirements and managing a team of Finance professionals. What you will do - Provide financial support to the Country General Manager, ensuring that all processes are carried out following Colgate Financial Policies.

- Develop and improve the performance of your team, managing performance and development processes (PM&D) with quality and on time. - Review and control financial critical metrics, including Gross to Net, NVOs, Accounts Receivable and Payable(A/R). - Be the first point of contact with the tax authorities and provide information with the support of the regional Tax team.

- Work with CBS to ensure local payments are completed on time. - Work with Sales Controlling and CDT Finance Analyst to ensure credits are managed in accordance with Colgate Financial Policies. - Guarantee the timely payment of customers by following up through visits to resolve problems and other related issues.

- Support SOX related activities as needed. - Undertake relevant Finance projects as the need arises. - Ensure the business aligns with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.

- Ensure appropriate insurances and business continuity programmes, systems and processes vital to mitigate financial and operational risk. - Ensure all registers and internal audit programmes are maintained in accordance with both organisational and legislative requirements. - Lead the preparation and presentation of concise but comprehensive monthly operational reports for the business, detailing variances, issues, risks and resulting actions taken or required as well as containing all the key achievements for the company.
