Te whiwhinga mahi/The Opportunity A Courts Registry Officer is critical to the successful daily operation of the district court and makes a huge positive difference in the lives of whanau in our communities in the following exciting ways and not limited to: Facilitating the smooth delivery of court hearings through Court Taking, which includes announcing the Judge's entry into court (in English and Te Reo Mori), calling cases and general administration of the court.

Ensure court participants matters progress in a timely manner through the court process by effective Case Management activities. At Justice we have a no wrong door policy, using plain language you will interact with court users kanohi ki te kanohi (face to face), over the phone or by email to provide solutions focussed Customer Service on any matter. Working hours from 8.
