You will be gathering information from a wide variety of sources; contacting employers, providers, medical specialists, and clients to be able to make sound decisions on cover. There are multiple areas of Cover that you can learn: General Cover Work Related Gradual Process Treatment Injury Mental Injury Hearing Loss Accidental Death As a Cover Assessor there may be times where you will need to decline claims that do not meet our legislation and communicate these outcomes to our clients.

We will train you on how to handle these situations and our leaders will support you where possible, but it is important that you are decisive and comfortable having conversations of this nature.
