Hi, I'm Sinan, the Team Leader of our Consumer Credit Manager at Heartland Bank. I have an awesome opportunity for 2 new Credit Managers to join our team on secondments covering parental leave (3.5 months & 12 months).
Here's some info: Is this your next role? You'll be responsible for assessment and lending decisions within the Small Business and Consumer segments. The focus is customer centric and you'll consistently delivery excellent customer service satisfaction results to our internal and external customers. Providing analysis and problem solving as required within appropriate and critical timeframes.
We have two shift options available, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. Does this sound like you? Your relationship building skills are second to none. You may come from a customer facing, business manager, credit analyst or motor role.
You'll know the front end credit application process, have strong negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet. Happy to flex, have experience working in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
