The Technical Lead is responsible to ensure the CRM function delivers a quality service to the WDCs. Hpaitia Limited (Hpaitia) is a subsidiary of the six Workforce Development Councils (WDCs) and plays an important role as the shared services provider for the WDCs. They have several services that they deliver so they can empower the role of WDCs including: finance; information and communications technology; people and culture; Mori strategic advice; Pacific strategic advice; business systems development; office management; and other business services.
Hpaitia is strongly service oriented and solutions focussed. They support and partner with the WDCs to enable them to effectively carry out their important mahi. About the role: The WDCs use Microsoft Dynamics as their core business solution (known as Aka Krero) to support their legislated functions of skills leadership, qualifications and standards development and quality assurance of providers.
This solution is supported by Hpaitia. The CRM Technical Lead is one half of the Aka Krero development and support team. Together with the CRM Business Lead, the Technical Lead is responsible to ensure the CRM function delivers a quality service to the WDCs.
The CRM Technical Lead will be the MS Dynamics and Power BI technical expert and champion working to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the MS Dynamics solution so that WDCs can create meaningful digital interactions with providers, industry and iwi. Aka Krero is still undergoing significant development and expansion and the CRM Technical Lead (together with the Business Lead) will promote the expanded use of Aka Krero within WDCs and, working with their third party development partner, support and manage the development roadmap. Key Responsibilities: System delivery and change Play a key role in product design and technical solutions, including maintaining the product backlog, Support the change process structures and tools Establish and maintain effective UAT documentation, both process and UAT scenario libraries System configuration Work with the CRM external development partner to perform configurations within the system including: System Automation Portal Integration Building Out Form and User Capabilities Quality Assurance and Testing Documentation and Training Analytics and Reporting Solution Design and Development Design and prototype solution options to meet business requirements Develop and deploy business configurable solutions in MS Dynamics and/ or PowerApps Assess and manage the impact of Microsoft upgrades Manage external vendors through the scoping, design, and execution of CRM change activities Data management Data analysis utilizing analytical skills to find correlations between different types of data and provide insight into the effectiveness of the data in contributing to value-added outcomes for each WDC Deliver stakeholder/customer insights and make recommendations by performing data analysis and post activity evaluation.
