More about the role The Powerco Customer Hub is the central point for all customer queries, coordinating customer connection processes, and delivering outstanding customer service at each point to ensure an amazing customer experience. As a Customer Consultant youll be part of our customer team who take inbound calls from gas and electricity customers. To provide outstanding customer service, you'll need to collaborate with people from different areas of the business, do what you say youre going to do, always be looking for ways to make life a little better for our customers, and communicate clearly.
In your day to day work you will be: Supporting customers via different channels calls, emails, texts, and webchat Arranging, managing and coordinating project work requests from job creation to closure Quality checking documentation and data from our contractors Using systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ArcGIS and CWMS (experience in these systems isnt required) Building strong relationships with contractors, gas billing companies, gasfitters, and internal teams About us At Powerco, we bring electricity and gas to over 900,000 customers across the North Island.
