M tenei trana mahi | About this role: As a Customer Experience Representative, we're proud to be one of the first voices our customers hear on their way to recovery. We've got the experience, passion and mindset to make a difference through a thorough induction and training period, which involves a mix of both classroom learning and on the job training, after which you'll answer inbound calls from our clients and providers to ensure they get the information and support they need.
There will be opportunities for you to continually grow and develop your skills as a Customer Experience Representative and be trained across all our channels including phone calls, emails, live chat, and supporting our Business Customers. This position is full-time (40 hours per week), and you will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Our Contact Centre works on a rotating roster, and we'll let you know what hours you'll be working four weeks in advance.
