Customer Service Manager - Bidfood Taupo Bidfood is undergoing exciting GROWTH, delivering inspiration and innovation within the food services and you could play an important part in that success. A flexible and positive attitude is a must. We are looking for a person with a genuine customer centric approach and who is passionate about sales and service to join and lead our fantastic Customer Service team here at Bidfood in Taupo.

You will supervise the day to day operation of the Customer Service (CSR) and Key Account Coordinators (KAC) team, ensuring the immediate operational needs of staff and customers are properly addressed and completed. This will be achieved by working with the Field and Key Account Sales Managers and Operations Manager, to support a positive, collaborative and respectful culture across the teams leading to an empowered workforce that is confident to speak up and contribute ideas and solutions resulting in happy customers and staff. About You: Ideally you will come to us with a proven background in customer service or supporting industries and enjoy all things food and food related. You are comfortable working to deadlines and reaching realistic targets and KPI's. You will need an exceptional telephone manner, have Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Your belief that going the extra mile is the least you can do will carry you far within our diverse business. We are looking for a positive, happy and results driven team member with great communication skills. Please note start date for role is May 2024 Applicants must be able to provide references, agree to a security, ACC check and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
