Job Duties will include but not limited to: Acknowledge customer arrival and departure Respond to customer enquiries Provide information on products and complaints Up-sell on Promotions and Specials Deal with difficult and irate customers Process all Point of sale transactions in an accurate and timely manner Provide efficient forecourt service, if necessary Check/ clean windscreen, oil and water, if customer requests.

Keep forecourt area and shop area clean and tidy Meet Petrol, diesel and LPG requirements accordingly Cleaning & dusting & refilling the stock. Forecourt Service Customer Service Cash Handling Keeping the shop and toilet tidy Reconciliation Fuel checking Opening and closing duties Stocktaking Ordering stockand filling Stock Any other responsibilty or other tasks as reasonably required by the company Maintaining and continually striving to increase the goodwill of the company. The right person for this job needs to be self-motivated, highly efficient, and have a friendly demeanor, we focus on exceptional customer service and a high standard for the service station.

You will also have the following: No experience required as full training will be provided Applicants must be able to work 4am -9pm rostered shifts, and must be able to do weekends Available to work 6 days of a week. Applicants must fit to do heavy lifting. Looking for long term employment Full time employment with 30hrs to start but as per need of the work hrs can be increased.
